Maya Hotels is a privately held
owner/operator specializing in long-term acquisitions, refurbishment,
repositioning, and development of select service hotels with extensive
limited service and extended stay experience. Founded in 1995 by Baldev
Thakor and JD Deva, Maya Hotels currently operates 7 hotels in the
Carolinas.
Our diverse portfolio includes franchise licenses with Intercontinental
Hotels Group, Hilton Hotels, Choice Hotels International, and Wyndham
Hotels & Resorts. Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina,
our management team provides complete services in both business development
and hotel management. It is our pleasure to operate hotel franchises
such as Holiday Inn Express, Ramada Limited, Microtel and Comfort
Inn. Maya Hotels also owns and operates independent properties as
part of our commitment to community development.

5 Elements Technologies is a
dynamic resource division of Maya Hotels. It provides full IT solutions
for the hotel industry including web site development, networking,
intranet, training, and support. 5 Elements also provides IT labor
resources, 11th hour processing, software technologies, hardware implementation
and staffing solutions.
