properties and other real estate opportunities, which
become available.

locations for future development, and adds value through
rezoning and the addition of infrastructure improvements.
The company also actively seeks non-or low performing
hotel assets to which value can be added by repositioning
the hotel properly in the market through renovations to
provide better "curb appeal" as well as proper
marketing and improved management.
Maya seeks further diversification of its hotel portfolio
by continuing to develop high quality and award winning,
major franchise affiliated hotel products in growth markets.
